The first kit was sent back and we were told by email that not enough blood had been provided. Upon querying this as we had pictures of a full container we were told it was actually because the sample got contaminated at some point. The second test came back with results. The session to talk it through was booked for 3 o clock and stuff was moved around at work. Noone called and no apology.
