I made my order more than month ago, on 4th May 2023 and after one month I'm still waiting for my refund or a personal reply from them.
I made my order on 4th May 2023, I received the item almost 2 weeks latter, on 16th to be precise. I returned the item on 19th May because the quality of the product wasn't up to the expectation. According with Österreichische Post the item arrived 4 days latter

Da Sie nach Schweden retournieren, wird Ihre Ware in ein Retoure in ein Sammellager nach Lübeck gesendet und danach als zugestellt angezeigt. Bis nach Schweden dauert der Prozess im Anschluss ca. 14 Werktage.
