Delivery times need to be hugely improved - I ordered quite a few items for my holidays (all of which were 'in stock') three weeks before I went and they did not arrive in time.
Whilst I am aware many items come from Germany, 4.5 weeks delivery is just not acceptable in a day and age where most 'orders' are almost the day after.

Also have wide fitting shoes and boots.
Improvement - delivery time. Items in stock sometimes take up to 2 weeks to be delivered.
