You have told me that my parcel will be delivered on 18/3/21.
I have made arrangements to receive on this day.
An attempt to deliver was made by UPS TODAY.NOBODY WAS HOME TO TUPS CLAIRMS THAT THEY HAVE DROPPED THE PARCEL IN AN UNKNOWN ADDRESS. DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LENGTH OF TIME IT TOOK TO DELIVER FROM YOUR OFFICE AND WITH THE WRONG INFO REGARDING UPS DROP OF

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write this message. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with UPS. The number you provided is not a known number to us. UPS tracking numbers start with 1Z. Also, I think there is a mistake in the dates. You have written about the 18th in the past but posted this on the 17th.
