My order placed 03 May has not yet been received. Peter Hahn did email to apologise for the delay and offered a £20 voucher off my next purchase but, unfortuately for them, we have all got used to 'quick' delivery on most online orders so waiting for weeks (rather than a few days) will not encourage future orders.

Thank you for your review. Please be advised our standard delivery timescale is 8-10 working days as we dispatch from our German warehouse. At this time, we have just upgraded all our systems which has led to more teething problems than we anticipated.
