Item was fab but had to return as was too big customer service is shocking. You have to pay for returns even though all the shops are closed and we dont know when they will be opening again. you have to pay £3.50 by card in order to get a return label. Customer service via all social media platform just reply telling you to email, the email responses are short/unhelpful/rude. Still awaiting refund
