Did not received goods, as they were stopped at the border. THANKS BREXIT!
Not the Company's fault, but I cannot express how very unhappy I am that my grandson did not receive his Christmas present.

I did receive a note from the company explaining that the goods were returned to warehouse and I was immediately refunded - but no information about whether I could reorder and when.
Poor replies:
We regret the delivery problems that have occurred in connection with the BREXIT. Unfortunately, even the deliverers could not tell us when we would be able to send goods to the UK again. Only now, almost 14 days after BREXIT, has the situation returned to normal.
