It’s taken over four months to actually purchase a jumper. Been told umpteen times it coming, it’s there.it’s on its way and it was never properly ordered.
Also it takes far too long to receive anything, and refunds are also unfortunately slow.
There are three planes a day from Germany so goods should be here in days
