This company has an excellent array of items to choose from and I have been very happy to purchase both expensive and more modest items from them in the past. However, a return of mine has been deemed to be 'lost' by the post office and I am anxious about my refund. After posting my return parcel on 28th April it reached Exeter and tracking showed that is where it remains. Three phone calls later to PH and 16 days after posting I have received no refund. No PH employee has taken responsibility for following this issue through.
