I ordered online on a Sunday and received an instant acknowledgement. I hadn't heard anything further by the Thursday, so emailed. I received a message thanking me for my patience as they had been very busy. Fortunately this set the ball rolling and the sunflower hearts and bird seed arrived very efficiently by dpd on Saturday. Pity I needed to chase Mole for my first order but I would use again a
