I have never had cause to complain about Wilton before but experienced a couple of problems with my last order - the vine fruit packet had split and loose frut was scattered aroung the box and one of the nut roast boxes was damaged and rather bashed. Complaint dealt with promptly to my satisfaction.

Delivery takes too long. The offer free P&P but still charge for it.
