After many years as a customer, I am sorry that Viking have reduced their range, discontinuing some items that have been important to me for a long time. Customer service staff are invariably very courteous and helpful, so I do prefer to order etc. by telephone, but for this reason the quality of the diction and pronunciation needs to be given top priority - it is Viking's shop window.
