Speed up the turnaround from initial order to delivery date. My initial order date was the 6th May and my item was shown as in stock, yet here I am almost a month later and still no word on when I will receive my item. Disgraceful. When one looks at other businesses in the same area and yet they can have a seven day turnaround or less. What on earth is wrong with Peter Hann?

Thank you for your review. Please be advised our standard delivery timescale is 8-10 working days as we dispatch from our German warehouse.
