Hello there was no note for Royal mail on the order from you so we sent as requested next day guarenteed delivery with Royal Mail. Royal Mail have tried a few times to deliver but no one home. There are options, as we said, on the RM site where the tracking has an update option for redelivery convenient day/time for yourself.
