Item ordered was not complete. No warning or notification on the shipment. After mailing they acknowledged that parts were missing. If they notified me when placing the order, I would have cancelled. Now I have to return the items. Calls go to a call centre where a callback promise is given. Sofar I received no call on how to return the item.
