I had a problem with my hp envy 5010 it wouldn't scan properly, so I contacted the HP Support Services. I'm 73 and not very good with computer's so I opted for the remote help service at the time I asked have you seen a similar problem? they didn't reply. After 3 hours they gave up!! I usually pay £7 per month on my phone bill NOW I HAVE A BILL FOR OVER £80 AND A PRINTER WHICH HAS PROBLEMS
