Extremely disappointing and the website misleads the consumers. I bought 4 shelves to be installed on a plaster wall. The website specifically mentions that for plaster walls, it is required to buy together with the shelves special plugs, which I did.
As a result, the shelves fell down before even putting any books on them, the wall is damaged and the customer service refuses any return.

The fixings included in the box and the dowels for plasterboard, available for sale, are an additional service that we provide to our customers. Walls and plasterboards differ in every country and can be of different thickness and so the dowels. To avoid this kind of problem, we strongly recommend our customers to verify the type of wall and choose the suitable fixings before installing the shelve
