My order : EU-00108706. I ordered a Fjallraven orange XXS jacket a month ago. Delivery was fast (France) but unfortunately I received a complete different item (a black Didrickson M jacket).. I followed the steps as recommended and I still have NO answer at all for the return and the refund. I have been sending a few mails now..
