When I buy my cigars ,it always tells me how many points I will get, but I never hear anything. I've lost count on how many cigars I have bought. hi i received three upmann propios limited cigars august which tunneled very badly. trying constantly to repair them made the smoke experience something i could not enjoy. I did call you but got no reply. all my other regular orders have been in good time and no problem
