When my first credit card payment did not work, I made a second order with a different credit card. Now I had 2 orders. When I realized that and when told in an email that the machine could not be used in the US I canceled both orders immediately. The company ignored my cancellations and now I have to pay for 2 return shipments, about $140 per machine.Company said they will not reimburse.

A total of 3 orders were placed on different days. Notifications were sent to the buyer promptly for all orders. We did not have any information for cancellation. This only reached us when the goods for the two successful transactions had already been dispatched. A refund will be made as soon as the return has been booked. We kindly ask for your understanding.
