Royal Mail were also on strike 13-14th and this was clearly advised during order process. We do state delivery is normally 1-2 days, however we are sorry if this did not meet your expectation. Thank you for your review. Your order was made 27th September, posted on the 28th, and delivered on the 29th. We advise allow 1-3 days for delivery for Royal Mail Tracked 24 items.

They send four tables in a shoebox ,postwoman could not get it through the door ,left with my next door ,they went on hoilday had two wait four them two come back ,rubbish customer service,

I have reviewed the case and there was a previous order of yours that was damaged in transit by Royal Mail so we requested items be packaged more securely for any future orders. The damaged delivery was refunded. The most recent order was resent when it was clear the initial delivery was lost in transit by Royal Mail -

Photo say it or how they come through my door ,box has been damaged will not use them ,not a nice way two treat people,you pay the insurance on them but you don’t get you money back,

You pay your money ,no package got delivered they say it at the post office ,went two the post office pick it up they have not got ,poor customer service ,
