When I made the purchase there was still one unit available... after 5 five days they answer me telling that the unit only will be available by the end of january 2022! At least they got the money back to me quickly... that's why I give them 2 stars.
Poor replies:
Thank you for your feedback. We are a bit confused, because your ordered item was not in stock at the moment of your order. That means the shop has shown you a delivery date. We have to apologize that we have to postpone the named delivery date because our supplier isn't able to deliver the item shortly. We are sorry for the circumstances. I ordered the same day (24/7) at Bike Discount and Bike 24 and paid the same shipping cost (9.90 Eur.).
The Bike 24 order arrived on 30/7 and I'm still waiting, and waiting, for the Bike Discount order. Even worse... a BD employee still dares to say that the order hasn't arrived yet because I didn't want to pay for express shipping.

Not satisfied!
