Sorry, my German is too bad these days.
On the site it was suggested that it would take 10 days to deliver (Germany -> The Netherlands), but I got the items in 7 days.
My only problem was that on the site that status of my order changed from "in progress" to "closed" without any suggestion that it had also been shipped by then.
The items I bought were some trays to replace those that got damaged
