I am a repeat customer of Nordic Nest. It is a favourite shop of mine. This time things did not go to plan. There was a problem with the product, which was clearly not as expected/advertised. I contacted Customer Services and it took approximately ten days to respond. However, Customer Services were helpful, understanding and accommodating. They also apologised for the long response times.
