Placed order on 1 May but still awaiting delivery of same. Some problem within company but was given a £20 voucher in compensation but this is really only worth £5 as an email informs all customers that there is a discount of £15 available. Not impressed on this occasion of the service so far received.

Thank you for your review. We can confirm due to a system upgrade we experienced teething problems which were not anticipated. Sadly orders leaving our German warehouse have been delayed but we can confirm all orders started invoicing as of the 21.05.2023.
