DHL SENT ME AN EMAIL AT 0846 TO SAY THAT MY ORDER WOULD BE WITH ME AT BETWEEN 08:45 AND 12:00 NOON SO I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT IT CAME AT 15:30 AND ALL THE ICE PACKS HAD DEFROSTED AND THE ITEMS WERE NOT CHILD AS THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN I TOLD THE DRIVER WHY WAS HE SO LATE AND HE SAID ITS MY ROUND TO BIG, I WILL NOT BE USING ANY OF THE ITEMS AS THEY ARE ALL FRESH.  Dear Sean, I am sorry to hear our delivery wasn’t on time, it is very frustrating as we unfortunately have to rely on 3rd parties to deliver our products and as much as we try to prevent any delays by booking early deliveries and applying stickers on the box, it is down to DHL’s drivers to meet their standards.
