I would like to rate the chocolate but it has yet to be delivered. Neuhaus’ chosen company UPS have been unable to act on an instruction to deliver to a UPS collection point. They offer apologies but no action. Sadly I have had no support from Neuhaus’ customer service either.

After this sorry experience I have decided to stop buying Neuhaus chocolate. While pervious purchases have been delicious
