We were given a very helpful and informative reply on a phone call about a F/F we were interested in (without trying to 'push' us for a sale) We bought online and received a call to confirm purchase and delivery date. The delivery lads let us know when they were approx 30 mins away and were really helpful and friendly. Hope we are as pleased with our F/F performance as we are with theirs.
