Just took a little longer than the already announced longer delivery time for Switzerland, but the goods were delivered finally, packed with love and care and i am very happy with the excellent quality. Also customer care per email is very friendly, but the response time is not so fast there either. Still, i can only fully recommend. Many thanks!

The delivery was much faster than I had expected. All went very smoothly. The ordred goods were well packed and protected. I did not really need any customer service. I did however look on the website for a "manual". There was a short manual delivered with the goods that was very smartly set up but needed some studying. It referred also to a manual on the website of Northern but i did not find it.
