Only part of my order delivered but still debited my account with the amount for the whole order. The first time I have had any quibble with LandsEnd and I am still waiting for the balance.
Very Poor replies:
I am sorry that you have experience a problem, We only debit your card for the items as they are despatched. We have recently refunded your card for a pair of Boots. If you have received a parcel with an item missing or have an unresolved issue, please would you give us a call on 0800 220 106 and ask to speak to Service Support, so that we can make amends
