Easy to order, and your detailed email of the order was very helpful. My only anxiety was with online ordering. I would have liked perhaps an interim email confirming the shoes were on their was. Also when I was tracking the shoes it told me they had been delivered when they hadn't!!!

Dear Wolky customer, thank you for your review. Glad it all went well despite your concerns. We sent you an email on 27 October regarding shipping information, as we use 2 carriers. One for bulk shipment to the UK and the second for individual order delivery. These 2 tracking codes were mentioned in this email. Kind regards, Wolky customer service
