Placed my order online on a Saturday, got charged but stuck in basket, ready for checkout once again, apparently a bug on the vendor site. Later that week, was told there were warehouse issues causing delays. Then I was asked to substitute some wines for other vintages, only to correct themselves later. After 3 weeks, the order finally shipped. I'll probably shot elsewhere if I can help it.
