The item was not in stock. It was a week before I was told it was not available and I was given the choice of waiting or having a refund. The refund and communication went well. As their website says that they usually deliver in between 3 and 5 days it was a pity it took them seven days to tell me that it was not available. It was a wheel for my wheelbarrow that I use everyday and I was not prepar
