I ordered 3 items. Two in stock and one on back order. 2 weeks later it’s still not arrived so I called them. Apparently one of their staff accidently cancelled one item But decided not to tell me. I asked them to reinstate the Oder but they refused saying I had to reorder! Why? I would have to pay postage again. I thlen found out that the reason for delayed delivery was it was coming from German

Packaging is very hard to open. it has a tear strip and as one tears it rips through the pod and coffee spills out. if one uses scissors its ok, but the pod material is very fragile and many packs have broken pods. this increases the cost per useable pod.
No issues with the coffee - I am repeat customer, but the new packaging and pod manufacture are terrible
