I placed my order on February 17th, and finally was able to pick it up on March 2nd. I've never had a worse, or more unprofessional experience in my life as I just did with your shipping company (DHL). It was three sid weeks of problems, delays, nonexistent communication, and being lied to over and over and over on the phone. You should refund my shipping cost. I'm absolutely disgusted with you.

thanks for your feedback. I am sorry you have had a bad experience. We're always trying to do our best for all our customers. Your order was dispatched the same day and we've never received any email from you regarding delivery issues. DHL from some reason didn't deliver your order in time. I think your rating is more concerned to DHL service not to our service.
