I ordered a product (a frame), but it was dented at the headset so completely useless and had serious problems with the paint. I returned it and received a new one without any excuses or whatsoever. In the mean while the sales price of that frame dropped between ordering and returning (1 week). And even when gently asking it was very clear (read: unfriendly) that there was no discussion possible.
