18 juni besteld, verwachte bezorgdatum 23 juni, feitelijke bezorgdatum 28 juni, geen bericht daar over ontvangen. Pas na navraag bij Lyko bleek het pakket bezorgd te zijn en bij afwezigheid naar ophaalpunt gebracht te zijn. 30 juni direkt opgehaald. Producten en verpakking prima.

First of all thank you for your patience, it took really a long time until you then could collect your package! You should have been definitely informed by the carrier you choose, where you can collect your package. We will for sure look into that matter, why there was no communication.
