I placed an order with you and paid for the product I ordered. Ten days later you cancelled my order without any explanation. Bad service. I won't recommend you to anyone.

The order could have been cancelled by different reasons; no stock, wrong payment, system malfunction, etc. You should have definitely been informed of the cause behind, sorry.
If you let me know the article you intended to purchase, I might be able to find out why the cancellation.
