I placed an order on 24/05/19 for a Summer dress. I received a card on 05/06/19 saying the latest the dress would arrive is 30/07/19. I want the dress for this summer and to wear on holiday. If it does not arrive by then I will cancel the order. I find this delay both disappointing and unacceptable.
Very Poor replies:
I'm sorry that we were unable to fulfil your order immediately. You should have received an approximate delivery date in your confirmation email. Rest assured that we do not charge your card until your order is ready for dispatch. Please accept our apologies for the disappointment. Kind regards, your PETER HAHN team.
