Menthol pods from Ezee are the best, it’s like a cigarette flavor. I highly recommend this product. Whenever I contact customer service I get a quick response. Packaging and delivery is very good.

I really like the menthol pods, although I did have a problem with one pod in my pack, it was not working, I contacted Ezee via email, I was sent a video on how to make the pod work by pressing the pod in very hard of which I did it did work for two puffs then had to redo the attempt it worked for another two puffs I attempted pressing it hard in again it worked for only two puffs I repeated this

I am really sorry you have had issues with the pods. You should never have to throw away full pods. Please do contact us and we find a solutions and replace.
