Delivery dreadful and getting worse..now ,some 10 days between order and receipt. Customer services suggest a shrug of the shoulder when making query on progress of order.
Delivery is now so poor I may have to ditch this company. Styling has become very ordinary and colourless in plus sizes

Delivery dreadful and unacceptable. Customer services seem oblivious to concern for goods not sent or waiting receipt,in this case 19 days for delivery.!!!!!!
Thinking hard about using again. Quality of goods is cheaper and better value for money elsewhere. Sad.

Delivery improving but still slow compared with other mail order companies.
Items are expensive and quality sometimes not so good.
