Don’t like the fact that I can’t access old orders online. Sometimes you buy something and the label has come off and you want to know what the make was. Also very slow delivery service and limited info despatch and expected arrival date. I just love the clothes though so I am sticking with them!

Apparently PH changed over their system and had major problems getting orders out - but not getting money out of my account! Wrote several times to ask where my order was - no reply. Rang a couple of times and each time got a different story as to when the items had been despatched.

I have shopped with Peter Hahn for years. Great choice of products but I have recently placed two orders at the beginning of this month that I still haven’t received! I called them last week and was told some story about them changing systems and things not going to plan but the orders have been sent. I still haveńt received them and I notice the system change didńt stop the money from being taken

Clothes are great. Good choice of sizes styles and prices but delivery is dire! I ordered something on 2/5 /23 and haven’t received it by 18/5/23. You need to despatch items quicker. You need to use a different courier. Royal Mail is hopeless!
I’ve shopped at Peter Hahn for years and your delivery is getting worse not better.
