no confirmation of returned goods & takes weeks to refund the money for returned goods - no communication - customer has to keep chasing them for the refunds...take ages to answer the phone and when they do - they tell you cant help - ring back in a weeks time. REFUND PROCEEDURE NEEDS IMPROVEING - MORE COMMUNICATION IS NEEDED REGARDING RECEIPT OF THE GOODS AND WHEN THE REFUND HAS BEEN INSTIGATED -
