Items take too long to be delivered. I placed an order back in October and still waiting for an item and have not received any updates as to why. Another order I placed on 14th November and apparently this is not available till end of January. Would expect better service from a company that is expensive

Cannot give any ratings as I am still waiting for my order 14 days after payment was taken and supposedly the parcel was on its way. Therefore would give no stars if this was an option. Will not shop with Peter Hahn again
