Improve delivery times and communication relating to orders placed especially if there's a delay. an example is an order Ive had since August and whilst instructed it may be out of stock but to pre order if it becomes available have never heard anything.Would be good & helpful to know

Excellent choice of fashion but ordering/delivery is problematical and spasmodic. Several times I have ordered an item of clothing, given an expected date when item will be available for delivery but never hear anything when its delayed even further. I am losing confidence with Peter Hahn and its Logistics. At one point it was my 1st choice for fashion buying but because of huge delays , length of

Wide variety of fashion online. After ordering ,waiting weeks for delivery and in some cases order never arrives. Please improve your communication and keep customer updated from point of ordering to dispatch and delivery

Keep customers up to date with orders, dispatch and more importantly when there are any issues with confirmed orders. Delivery takes too long. Not able to check these out on online accounts. Feel kept in the dark as to what's happening
