Arrived quickly, 1 pod was damaged and loose coffee was in packet. Had trouble with caps blowing off pod and water/coffee filling waste container and not mug. After telephone conversation with Coffeesense they explained that they fill the pods and it only requires the small 'expresso' amount of water to get the flavour & if longo required top up with hot water.
