When looking at items that were in stock such as the Star Wars cheese board which was in stock had been cancelled without my permission. This course of action is not acceptable for a company that messed up a delivery over the Christmas period and failed to deliver my parcel on the stated date given which resulted in a phone call asking for a refund.

from payment being taken on the 15th of December 2018 there was no Responce until the 20th of December 2018 after that there was no further updates on my goods that were due for christmas 2018. The delivery time has taken 3-5 weeks instead of days the choice of courier is a unreliable one. i have ordered from qwerkity.com x2 before and they came by royal mail not Hermes. so poor service allround.
