This order was placed on 19th March. Due to the prolonged delay I telephoned several times to enquire where my goods were. Eventually I was promised that they would be shipped on the 15th May. However, they did not arrive but on checking my account the order had been cancelled without any apology or explanation to myself. Very poor business practice!!!
Very Poor replies:
I'm so sorry that we were unable to fulfill your order on this occasion. We wrote to you on 18/05/20 to advise that due to stock problems, we were unable to supply the jeans. We are very sorry for the disappointment. Kind regards, your PETER HAHN team.
