Every time you want to give an extra star to momox, they give you a poor service. The items descriptions are not correct or lack information, are arriving torn, cornered or broken because badly packed.
Momox is obviously one of the most interesting 2nd hand website by their large choice of books and rare dvds, though the price is sometimes extravagant!

Il est inintéressant d'acheter des articles décrits comme neuf ou en très bon état si c'est pour les recevoir dans un piteuse état car très mal emballés ! Les cartons d'emballage utilisés sont très vite troués et déchirés lors du transport et aucun filling n'est utilisé pour stabiliser les articles dans l'emballage, les laissant s'endommager à la moindre secousse. Déplorable !!!
