Not happy with the quality of the acrylic the picture is very poor the grass in the picture looks like a watercolour and not true likeness I have asked for a refund and wanted to return it but have not been offered at all even though its only been 1 day still of receiving the item

When you send a photo to go on a mug you expect the whole photo to be on the mug not just the bottom half, when you complain you expect a reply. I have added a photo of the mug and a photo that l wanted on the mug

Only 2 of the 7 ordered are any good.
Heads cut off and out of line, not covering canvas.
Total waste of money.
Used another company recently and none of these issues even though pictures I sent were poor quality.

An absolute shambolic experience! My items could not be delivered’ and then the conflicting miscommunication between the staff members at Picture This was extremely frustrating. I EVENTUALLY got my order but annoyingly having had to re order with another company because of the chaotic information! This was a 50th birthday present for my brother in Africa. The level of service was appalling, I received emails notifying me that I had received my items when I had not, resulting in lengthy calls and correspondence where they later found out they had given me the wrong order number.
